- Weeknight open gyms will be offered free of charge to high school and LSBA members
- Weeknight open gym training sessions will be managed by qualified coaches and similar to 2009 format

Saturday Pitch 2 Pitch Optional Training
This training is optional and is an additional program to the open gym workout sessions that were arranged for the players in 2009.
- Pitch 2 Pitch is a Minnesota company that works with baseball communities to tailor instructional programs designed to increase the skill levels of the participants and the program as a whole.
- Pitch 2 Pitch has over 120 qualified instructors with college and professional experience. There will be several who provide hands-on coaching for these sessions. The coach to player ratio will 1 coach for every 6-7 players for every training session.
- Pitch 2 Pitch program pricing will be $225 for each player who attends.
- Pitch 2 Pitch sessions are designed to be a progression of skill development, so it is highly encouraged for players who sign up to attend all sessions consecutively. There is not a per session price option for this training.
- The Pitch 2 Pitch program is NOT a pitcher only program. The sessions work on all relevant baseball skills, including pitching, but it is not the focus.
- Depending on participation, sessions will be divided into Freshman/Sophomore group and Junior/Senior Group. Sessions will be held at LSHS.
- Sign-up deadline has been changed to January 10. No signups available after that date as coaches need to be scheduled in time for first session Jan 16.
