- Model, teach and preach Sportsmanship, Character and Commitment.
- Use appropriate language and behavior and represent our community with class.
- Encourage players to improve every day.
- Strive to put players in a position in which they will succeed and the team will succeed.
- Expect and accept nothing less than a player's best effort.
- Communicate practice and game times to all players as far in advance as possible.
- Be available and open to players discussing their personal growth and development in regards to baseball.
- Use each game and practice to teach baseball skills and improve the players' skill levels and baseball "IQ"
- Be available and open to parents to discuss player issues - players should discuss any issues with their coach prior to any parent/coach communication.
- Make certain that players and team take great care of fields that we are allowed to play on.
- Make certain that players and team act in a responsible manner and represent our community with class. Use disciplinary actions with players if necessary when appropriate behavior is not displayed.
- Be prepared for each practice and each game with a plan in mind and a schedule for players to follow.
