This association was formed in 2008 to provide administrative and financial support to the summer program that consists of Junior Legion Baseball (16’s), Senior Babe & American Legion Baseball (17-19 ages). The association is called the Lakeville South Baseball Association (LSBA), and is currently registered with the State of Minnesota as a 501c3 non-profit corporation. The goals of the association are to raise funds for player and coach development, and to put the pieces in place for a consistent, monitored path to improvement for each player within the South baseball community.
An essential goal of this association also includes making summer baseball more affordable for the players through corporate sponsorships and tournament fundraisers.
