The Lakeville South Baseball Association was formed to provide a year round administrative association for the Summer baseball programs at Lakeville South. Essential goals of this association are to provide the framework for player growth and development through fundraising, professional coaching and community involvement.
The Lakeville South Baseball Association is a collaborative effort by the coaches at Lakeville South High School and interested community members. LSBA is involved in promoting player development clinics for youth in the community as well as sponsoring tournaments within the community. LSBA is a community organization dedicated to developing strong relationships within the local school, city and business community with the goal of creating lasting bonds within the community.
For 2008, LSBA is administering only the competitive 16-18 year old Junior Legion & American Legion teams for the Lakeville South community. For information regarding South Traveling baseball for ages 10-15 and the 16-18U non-tryout teams, please visit the Lakeville Baseball Association website at www.lakevillebaseball.org. Lakeville Baseball Association does an excellent job working with these age groups and also with providing information for those interested in participating.

Summer Baseball Registration
The summer baseball registration for the LSBA administered teams is under way. These teams will be the Junior Legion Team (16's primarily) and the American Legion Team (17's & 18's primarily).
Registrations with checks must be submitted by May 1 and teams will be announced no later than May 8. Checks will not be cashed until team selections are made.
For all players that are not selected to play on a Lakeville South Junior Legion or American Legion team, they can sign up for LBA's 16-18U league until May 15. Go to www.lakevillebaseball.org for details.
